Donate Now to support the eventThey’ve been called “Doctors who Rock!” by Playground Boston.  The Poor Historians are five third year Internal Medicine residents at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC): drummer Ian McCormick, M.D.; drummer Matt Niemi, M.D.; guitarist and vocalist John Mafi, M.D.; keyboardist Kevin Selby, M.D.; guitarists Jason Choi, M.D., and Rob Stavert, M.D.; and bassist and vocalist Mike Andreoli, first-year resident at Carney Hospital.

On Thursday, December 22, the Poor Historians will play at the Middle East in Cambridge.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to BIDMC’s earthquake relief efforts in Haiti.
