On Tuesday, January 12, 2010, more than 3 million people in Haiti - about a third of this country's population - were affected by a catastrophic earthquake that has left untold numbers of dead and injured in its wake.  Grateful Nation has set up a fund for those looking for a straightforward way to provide more immediate support to the earthquake’s victims.  All donations will go directly to fund the post-earthquake efforts of Partners in Health, a Boston-based non-profit that has worked on the ground in Haiti for nearly 25 years and has set up a field hospital there to treat the wounded.
